Lake Tahoe Wall Art - Metal Prints

Metal Prints make our Lake Tahoe Fine Art Photography look amazing. 

In this post I wanted to explain some of the unique features of our Metal Prints. 

How Metal Prints are made

Metal prints start out with the image being printed onto a special type of sublimation paper. We then put the sublimation paper ontop of a sheet of Aluminum that is pre coated with a white base layer. The sublimation print then get's put into a heat press where the inks turn into a gas and get's imbedded into the sheet of Aluminum. 

Benefits of Metal Prints

Metal prints have a stunning look to them. Our metal prints come ready to hang with a float mount frame on the back. It's possible to frame them but you don't have to if you like the float mounted look. The Aluminum prints are extremely vibrant and are also scratch resistant and are great for places like the bathroom as they are water resistant.
